BelltownVIDEO TOUR
This neighborhood sits just North of downtown and the financial district.  It is very popular for restaurants, night life, and urban living.  Most of the 2005-2006 condo boom took place here, so it is easy to find new (and “newer”) construction condos that are within walking distance of Pike Place Market, Pacific Place shopping center, shops, restaurants and downtown offices.

Queen AnneVIDEO TOUR
One of Seattle’s oldest neighborhoods, Queen Anne hill is just North of the Belltown and Downtown neighborhoods in central Seattle.  The neighborhood is characterized by beautiful, older architecture, and many shops and restaurants along Queen Anne Avenue.  It is primarily residential single-family with some view condos on Highland Drive and more condo buildings in Lower Queen Anne and on Dexter Avenue.  One of the higher price-per-square-foot areas in Seattle, this neighborhood offers upper-end living within close proximity of Downtown and all of Seattle’s biggest attractions.
