Tax Credit Expires November 30th!

Remember the first-time buyer tax credit expires November 30th!  To take advantage of the credit, you will need to CLOSE on a property by November 30th.  Assuming you’ll be applying for a mortgage, this means making an offer by mid-October at the lastest.  Lenders have stricter standards these days, making for longer closing periods (35-40 days).
