Erin Schedler

My name is Erin Schedler and I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bain. I am a Seattle native all the way! Growing up in Northeast Seattle I am an alumna of Villa Academy and Holy Names Academy. I completed my BA in Business Administration (with minors in French and Art History) as well as my MBA in Marketing and Management at the University of Washington. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, photography, competing in 5K runs and sprint triathlons. I love volunteering on the alumnae board for the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and cheering on the Huskies during football season!

In my 5 years in real estate, I have found most clients appreciate the same qualities in their Realtor. Three of these are especially true of me and I focus my business on them:

1. honesty
My goal is to be your Realtor for life, not just one transaction. This means building a trusting, respectful relationship and treating your transaction as if it were my own. Though it may mean telling you what you don’t want to hear (i.e. “your house is not worth that much in today’s market”), it is the most effective way to get your end result: the most for your money with the highest degree of professionalism.

2. expertise
The more I know, and the more experience I have, the more effective I am on your transaction. One of fun things about real estate is the market is always changing. New technologies, marketing trends, sales strategies…they get better and smarter every day. Adapting to these changes, and continuing to educate myself keeps me a step ahead of my competition, and gets you results.

3. understanding
Buying and selling a home is not all business. Usually it’s a milestone in your life — getting married, a new baby, moving to a new city, or downsizing from your home of 30 years. It is an exciting time, but usually an emotional and stressful one as well. I keep in mind the life changes you are going through, and do my best to accommodate you in every way I can.
